To make changes to your account, first login to your account. You will be directed to the “Account Information” page. You can make changes to this information by clicking the “Edit” button. If you want to make changes to your billing information, please email us at email@example.com.

Can I pause/change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription anytime by visiting your account profile page, which you can find by clicking “Sign In” or “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once you enter your email or phone number, you will receive an email or text message with a 6-digit login code. Use this code to login and navigate to “Next Order”. Navigate to “Manage Your Subscription” and select “skip next order”, “set delivery”, or “edit frequency”. If you need more help, send us an email at email@example.com.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your account profile page, which you can find by clicking “Sign In” or “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once you enter your email or phone number, you will receive an email or text message with a 6-digit login code. Use this code to login and navigate to the bottom of the “Subscriptions” page and select “Cancel” in the right-hand corner. If your latest subscription order has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect on the order following. If you need more help, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change what's in my subscription order?
Yes. Once logged into your account, navigate to “Upcoming Deliveries”. In the bottom right-hand corner of this box, you will see a button that says “Swap/Change Product.” Click here and follow the steps outlined to swap/change your product. What if I'm not happy with your products?
Happiness guaranteed - We promise you’ll be happy with our products, or you’ll get your money back. If you order an Attn: Grace product and don’t love it, send us an email and we will make it right.
Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?
Yes, you will be notified before your next shipment. You can also see your upcoming deliveries by signing into your account.
What are my payment options?
We take all major credit cards online or by phone. For online ordering, you also have the option of PayPal. If you would like to speak with us and place your order, please call 833-713-9212 and we would be happy to help you.
How do I go about returning or exchanging my Attn: Grace order?
We hope you’re in love, but if you’re not we’ve got you covered! We believe in Green Returns. So, if you have two or fewer packs to return, rather than shipping the product back, please feel free to donate the unused products to a women’s shelter or others who might be in need. If you have more than two packs that you want to return, we can accept returns of any unopened merchandise less the cost of the return shipping. We can also offer you a refund for products that don’t work for you within 30 days of purchase (less shipping) or replace products that don’t fit with the correct products free of charge!
If you would like to exchange products please contact us and we’ll help select the right product for your needs.
We do not offer refunds for recurring orders that have already shipped. However, we will always notify you before an upcoming shipment so you have lots of time to cancel. We just ask you either hold on to these products or donate them.
Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?
When you place an order on attngrace.com, we begin processing the order immediately to make sure you get your delivery as quickly as possible. We are able to change a shipping address up until the point it’s shipped. We cannot, however, change the contents of the order or cancel the order once processed.

How do I know which Attn: Grace products are best for my needs?

How often should I change my pad, liner and/or brief?
When you use incontinence products it is always advised that you change your liner, pad or brief often to protect your skin. While it will vary based on your specific needs, this typically means changing your product around 4-6 times a day. You should always change an incontinence pad when it is wet.
Should I double-up products and use a disposable brief and pad together?
It’s not suggested to double up on product. If you’re using an incontinence pad alongside a protective underwear then you are more likely to experience leakage. The leakage can lead to skin irritation and other issues.
Can feminine pads be used as a substitute for incontinence pads?
The short answer is no. Blood and urine are very different in viscosity and feminine pads or any style of menstrual pad should not be used for incontinence protection. Feminine pads are not designed to absorb the liquid that incontinence pads can absorb.
Are your wipes really flushable?
While our flushable wipes are biodegradable, we cannot guarantee their appropriateness for your septic tank so we advise using your best judgment. For example, the age of a septic tank and how heavily a septic tank is used can greatly affect how sensitive it is to the materials being flushed.
What is your packaging made from?
We have gone to great lengths to select ingredients that help to support our bodies. We also select materials that are better for the planet, too. Our packaging available at retail is made from 100% recycled content and contain 97% post consumer waste. They are fully recyclable & naturally biodegradable. Our product packaging is made of Green PE Sharing these choices with you is at the core of our mission. We offer standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.. We encourage our AK, HI and PR customers to order via Amazon. If you prfer to order from us directly, our site will calculate your shipping at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We use FedEx Smart-Post which means that FedEx will pass your package to the United States Post Office for the final leg of its trip and delivery to your PO Box.
How long will my order take to process?

Does Medicaid cover the cost of incontinence products?
Medicaid is a state-run health benefits program, and the benefits offered will vary depending on where you live and the specific terms of your state’s Medicaid coverage. We recommend contacting your local Medicaid office to determine whether your incontinence supplies may be eligible for coverage.
Does Medicare cover the cost of incontinence products?
Original Medicare (Parts A and B) does not cover the cost of incontinence supplies, but some of your supplies may be covered if you have a supplemental Medicare plan. Some supplemental Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans offer enhanced benefit options for products and services that are not covered by Medicare Parts A and B.
Do you take insurance?
We are not able to process payments through insurance plans. However, you may want to check with your insurance company to ask whether you can be reimbursed for the cost of your incontinence supplies. In that case, typically all you need to do is submit the appropriate forms and your receipts as proof of purchase.

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to set aside money (before taxes) for specific health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider before requesting a refund to an FSA card. Unlike HSA, FSA funds must be used during a defined period of time.
