How do I set up auto-restock?

Each product allows you the opportunity to click on the auto-restock & save button. You’ll save 10% on all your recurring purchases which will ship automatically every month (or on on the schedule you designate).

How does auto-restock work?

We'll send you an email each month 5 days before your recurring charge, then we charge you and ship your next order. You’re free to rush or delay an order, change the quantity, products or frequency of your order, or cancel your recurring order, at any time, right from your account page. You’re in complete control.

Do I have to be on auto-restock?

No! You can just click the price that says 'one-time' before you click add to cart, and you will not be set up on automatic orders. However, auto-restock always comes with 10% off and can be totally customized, cancelled or skipped at any time.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping within the contiguous US.  We encourage our AK, HI and PR customers to order via Amazon. If you do want to order from us directly our site will calculate your shipping at checkout.  We also offer Free Shipping on orders over $45 for the contiguous US.

How do I go about returning or exchanging my Attn: Grace order?

We hope you're in love, but if you're not we've got you covered. We believe in Green Returns, for quantities two or fewer, so rather than shipping the product back, feel free to donate the unused products to a woman's shelter or others who might be in need. For quantities greater than two, we can accept a return of any unopened merchansise less the cost of the return.  We can also offer you a refunds for products that don't work for you within 30 days of purchase (less shipping) or replace the wrong size products, or mistaken orders with the correct products free of charge!

If you would like to exchange products please contact us and we'll help select the right product for your needs.

We do not offer refunds for recurring orders that have already shipped. However we will always notify you 3 days before an upcoming shipment so you have lots of time to cancel. We just ask you either hold on to these products or donate them.

Does Medicare or Medicaid Cover Incontinence Products?

In some instances incontinence products are covered by medicaid, but it varies depending on your particular plan. You may want to check in with your local medicaid offices to see what your plan qualifies you for this benefit.

Original Medicare (Parts A and B) does not cover incontinence supplies, but you may get some supplies covered if you have a Medicare supplemental plan. Some Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans offer enhanced benefit options for products and services not covered by Medicare Parts A and B.

Medicaid does cover incontinence supplies in most, but not all, states. Medicaid is a state-run health benefits program, so benefits will vary by state. If you qualify for Medicaid, contact your state Medicaid office to find out what your state’s guidelines are.

Do you take insurance?

You may check with your insurance company to determine whether they provide coverage. If you are covered, you will be responsible for submitting your receipt and requesting reimbursement from the insurance company.

How do I know which Attn: Grace products are best for my needs?

You can view and compare by visiting our product guide here. You can also contact us at hello@attngrace.com or 833-713-9212 at any time to talk with our team about what products might be best for you and your needs.

How often should I change my pad, liner and/or brief?

When you use incontinence products it is always advised that you change it often to protect your skin. This means changing your pad around 4-6 times a day. You should always change an incontinence pad when it is wet.

Should I double-up products and use a disposable brief and pad together?

It’s not suggested to double up on product. If you’re using an incontinence pad alongside a protective underware then you are more likely to experience leakage. The leakage can lead to skin irritation and other issues.

Can feminine pads be used as a substitute for incontinence pads?

The short answer is no. Blood and urine are very different in viscosity and feminine pads or any style of menstrual pad should not be used for incontinence protection. Feminine pads are not designed to absorb the liquid that incontinence pads can absorb.

Are your wipes really flushable?

While our flushable wipes are biodegradable, we cannot guarantee their appropriateness for your septic tank. For example, the age of a septic tank and how heavily a septic tank is used can greatly affect how sensitive it is to the materials being flushed.
