FAQs

What are flexible spending and health savings accounts?

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to set aside money (before taxes) for specific health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

What can I purchase with my FSA or HSA?

As long as your FSA or HSA is affiliated with a major credit card, we can accept FSA or HSA dollars for the following items:

What’s the best way to place my FSA or HSA order?

First, double-check the balance on your FSA account.

You can place an order online, using your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card, or by giving us a call at 833-713-9212, 9 a.m.– 6 p.m. ET daily.

When is the deadline for placing an order online with FSA dollars?

If your benefits expire at the end of the year, you have until Monday, December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET to place an order using your FSA dollars. Be sure to double-check with your carrier for details on your plan.

If you want time to figure out which products are right for you before placing a bulk order, contact us sooner rather than later, this way you will have enough time to figure out what’s best before your FSA deadline.

Can I return an order paid for with my FSA or HSA?

We hope you love our products, but if you're not we've got you covered. We accept returns on products within 30 days of delivery.

We believe in Green Returns: If you're not happy with the products please contact us and we'll issue a full refund. Rather than shipping the product back, feel free to donate the unused products to a woman's shelter or to others who might be in need. However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider before requesting a refund to an FSA card. Unlike HSA, FSA funds must be used during a defined time period. For some insurance plans, your funds will be forfeited if you request a refund.

I still have some questions, can you help me?

No problem. Give us a call at 833-713-9212, 9 a.m.– 6 p.m. ET daily, or email us at hello@attngrace.com.

No FSA or HSA? Don’t worry. Just apply for insurance reimbursement through Medicaid after purchasing.
