How does subscription work?
Head to attngrace.com and select the product you’d like to subscribe to. On the product page, select “Subscribe & Save” by choosing the frequency you’d like to receive your order. Then, select the quantity of product you’d like to receive. Add this to your cart. You can add more products to your subscription by repeating this process for other products. Once your cart is set, head to checkout. You will receive 10% off every subscription order, and will receive your order at your chosen frequency without any further action needed. Subscriptions are totally flexible, and you can skip, reschedule, swap products, and change the frequency whenever you’d like. Can I pause/change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription anytime by visiting your account profile page, which you can find by clicking “Sign In” or “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once you enter your email and password, you will get to your subscription management page. You can Reschedule or Skip your next delivery by selecting either of those buttons. You can also change the frequency of your subscription by going to Manage Subscription and updating the frequency within the page details. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your account profile page, which you can find by clicking “Sign In” or “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once you enter your email address and password, you will enter your subscription management portal. From there, select Manage Subscriptions on the right side of the page. Can I change what's in my subscription order?
Yes. If you want to include a one-time add-on, simply navigate to your subscription and select View Your Next Order. At the bottom of this page, you will see additional products you can add to your next order. Select the one you want by clicking the Add button. What if I'm not happy with your products?
We promise you’ll be happy with our products, or you’ll get your money back within 60 days of purchase. If you order an Attn: Grace product and don’t love it, send us an email and we will make it right.
