          Very Comfortable

          I find these pads to very comfortable and effective. I always use them instead of thinner pads whenever I plan to out of the house for some time. I am able to go about my day without worrying about serious bladder leaks before I can reach a bathroom. They are a little bulky, so when I have to pack them when I travel, I use travel vacuum bags and that works well for me.

          Pads for my sister with MS in Nursing Care

          The Nursing Care my sister receives is great but the Pads she was offered for incontinence was not sufficient so my brothers & I decided to supplement her with Grace Heavy Plus Pads every month. She looks forward to to her orders monthly with great anticipation! I need to keep her order going and I have run into a recent problem with my account. I have not been able to update my credit card which is Valid but continued to be declined. I have asked for someone in accounting to call me to help , asking through emails, but they have not successfully helped me. I am waiting for a phone call to problem solve this issue. Hopefully this will happen in the next business week.

          Thank you so much for sharing your feedback about our new packaging. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.

          As you have seen, we recently made some changes to both our outer packaging and the individual pad wrappers as part of our ongoing effort to reduce our environmental impact. We transitioned from our GreenPE outer packs to FSC-certified kraft paper packaging, and also replaced the  lighter material previously used around each pad with this same kraft paper. We made this modification to our packaging in a further effort to minimize our environmental footprint.

          Unfortunately, in assessing and making this change, we failed to accurately anticipate how this change would impact many of our customers. For this, we are truly sorry. Our customers like you are of course at the heart of everything we do. To that end, please know that we’re already looking into transitioning back to our previous inner pouches. While this may take a little time, it is something we will be prioritizing.
