          Hi There! Thanks so much for being a part of the Attn: Grace community, we are so happy to have you. Our Barrier Cream is a bit solid to start - especially during the colder weather months. When you are ready to use it, we recommend the following steps: with your fingertip, press firmly into the cream to scoop out product and watch it quickly soften into a loose cream with the warmth of your body. If you need to warm it up a bit, you can put the whole closed container in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. If you need any further assistance please send us a note at hello@attngrace.com.
