We created our subscriptions for a very simple reason: because it’s nice to never run out of the products you already like and use regularly. It gives us confidence to know that we’ll always be stocked up. Fortunately, creating and managing a subscription is also very simple. Here are some of the questions you might have about how to make the most of yours.
How Do I Start A Subscription?
On any of the product pages on our website, you have the option to subscribe to the product instead of buying it once. So if you know what product you like—take our Ultimate Pads for example—head to the Ultimates pad page, choose the number of packs you'd like and then choose the frequency at which you'd like them delivered from the options listed in the Subscribe & Save section. Then click "Add to Cart"
Once you've added all your products to your cart, head to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Double-check that all your items are there. When you're ready, click the yellow button at the bottom that says "Checkout".
Follow the steps on the next screen for payment and shipping details. Once you are done, click "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page. Voila! Your first subscription order is placed and on its way.
How do I manage my payment on my subscription?
First, log into the subscription portal at www.attngrace.com. Do this by clicking on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of your page that says "Sign In". Then, click the button that says "Manage Subscriptions." Enter your email address, and then you will be sent a security code to your phone and email address. Once you receive the code, type it in. The code expires in 4 minutes. If you are having trouble receiving the code, please contact our customer service team at hello@attngrace.com.
If all has gone well, you are now logged into your account! To manage your payment, click "address & payment details" on the right side of your page. Then click "manage payment methods." From here, you can edit/add/remove your payment details. If you are having any trouble making changes, please contact our customer service team at hello@attngrace.com.
How do I change my shipping address?
Back on the main page of your account, click "address & payment details".
Next, click "manage address." You can then add a new address or edit your existing one. This is where you go if you have moved permanently, or even temporarily. You can change your address anytime you need, anytime during your subscription. Going on a trip and want to have your pads sent there? We got you. Do you live somewhere else in the winter? Drop that address in!
How do I skip/pause/delay my next order?
If you want to skip your next order, simply click "Skip" on your account page above your subscription.
If you want to reschedule your next order, click "Reschedule". From the pop-up, choose to delay 1 week, 2 weeks, or a custom date. Then save your changes.
What if I want to edit the number of products or type of products?
If you want to edit the product in your subscription, click on any of the pictures of your current recurring order from the subscription portal. This will take you to a new page with your subscription details where you can increase/decrease the number of products you receive. You can also swap for a different product by clicking "Swap this for a different product."
If you want to add any products to your subscription, simply select any of the products in the "You may also like" section.
