You can, and plenty of women do. We built something different because period flow is thicker and slower, while pee is thinner and arrives faster and in larger amounts. A pad made for one was never built for the other.

What is in them?

A plant-based top layer made from sugarcane-based Green PE, over a Superabsorbent CushionCore™. Free from chlorine, fragrance, dyes, latex, lotions, parabens and added PFAS.

Will it show under clothing?

Our pads are designed to deliver serious protection without unnecessary bulk. Our Moderate, Heavy, Heavy Plus and Ultimate Pads are just 5mm thin, while our Liners are only 2.5mm and Hybrid Pads are 2.8mm, for discreet protection under clothing.
